- corona virus, covid-19, remote work
As the Corona pandemic continues to spread, we want to take a moment to inform you on the steps SuperAdmins is taking to ensure the well-being of our employees while supporting our clients, partners and our community as a whole. We recognize that the situation we find ourselves in is an unprecedented one, impacting all members and aspects of society. One of the consequences of this crisis is a rising demand for remote work, online services and IT infrastructure services. To respond to these demands as effectively as possible, we have increased our efforts and amplified our resources.
Right at the start of the crisis, we began the implementation of our business continuity plan, driven by our management team. The purpose is to maintain business operations and keep delivering results, all while working towards reducing the spread of the virus. Some of the key takeaways are summarized below:
Protecting Health and Safety
First and foremost, our top priority is to protect the health and safety of our employees, customers, partners, and communities. Therefore, we are following the guidelines issued by the World Health Organization, and the Serbian Government to navigate through the coming weeks and months.
In line with expert recommendations, we have implemented work-from-home procedures that enable all our employees to work remotely and to be fully equipped with laptops, VPN capabilities, telecom link, tools etc. This made sure that the quality of our work won’t suffer.
Supporting Clients & Partners
As a leading IT company in the Adria region, our current infrastructure is designed to support remote work and we can help organizations adapt to this rapidly-evolving situation by allowing them to support their employees to work productively from remote locations.
We will review our decisions and practices daily to ensure that we are responding appropriately to an evolving and challenging context. Our commitment to delivering results and living our values will remain unwavering, and we will continue to operate in a way that ensures the health of our staff and partners, enables our work to continue and contributes to the global effort to contain the spread of the virus.
